Loans from South Manchester Credit Union
South Manchester Manchester Credit Union will consider loan applications from members who are over 18.
We have a number of Loans available.
For members who save regularly for at least 8 weeks.
For members on a low income with no history of saving with the credit union
Members with a good history may apply for an emergency loan on top of a standard loan.
For members who like to keep savings in the credit union and need a loan that is less than savings.
- Interest depends on the type of loan and the amount borrowed, but is charged only on the outstanding amount of your loan.
- There are no early repayment fees or administration fees.
- Free benefits if you die with an outstanding loan up to age 65.
We aim to provide loans to as many of our members who need them, providing they can demonstrate that they can make the agreed repayments and depending on the funds we have available.
