Saving with South Manchester Credit Union

 

The savings of Credit Unions members are shares in a mutual organisation and these provide the resources for lending to other members. Depending on reserves, shares are eligible for an annual dividend.

 

• Save as much as you wish from a pound a week, maximum  saving permitted is £10,000.

 

• Pay into savings
• in cash or cheque at a collection point,  
• directly from your bank by standing order. Download a form

 

• We need a week’s notice before you can withdraw your savings    by completing a form available at a collection point or  download one here.      

                                                                                                   

• Regular savings count in your favour when you  apply for a loan.   

 

• We also have a Christmas Club savings account and a Savings account for Junior members.
