They came through for me twice in my time of need. For me it is not even about the funds , it is the ease at which you chat with them either the app or over the phone. Everyone I spoke to or chatted with was so empathetic and non judgmental and I appreciated that a lot. I also do like the fact that user interface was quite easy and no one will struggle with it. As long as you respond hurriedly the funds come in extremely fast. Also the first one I received was on the 22nd and I was amazed at how they ensured I was paid before they went on break; they were the ones saying they wanted it to come through for me, I really loved that

I have been with the SMCU for over 10 years. The team is always so helpful and supportive! I love the fact I can save with them and also take out low interest loans when I have unexpected bills!

Cant thank Abdullah and Aimee enough for all the help over the last couple of days. From start to finish I’ve had my enquiry dealt with fast and efficiently and felt like they was listening to me throughout every process of getting help during my move into a new home. The best service to use so quick and easy and actually really nice to talk to as well. Don’t be afraid to ask for help because they can and will help and do a fantastic job of it.
