We actively support the progression of women into senior roles in the financial services sector
Our gender diversity targets
Staff: We aim to have at least 1 woman on our senior staff team. This target is currently met as we have a woman CEO.
Board of directors: We aim for our Board of Directors to contain at least 3 women . This target represents 1/3 of our current Board. This target is not yet met as we currently have 2 women directors out of a total of 9 directors . We are actively recruiting to meet this target by 30 September 2018.
