The successful applicant will work with the mentoring of the Marketing Lead on a range of marketing activities through all our marketing channels, providing an excellent opportunity to learn many marketing skills. This role also includes scope to innovate and bring fresh ideas to achieve our ambitious goals.

Position Description
- Opportunities to be responsible for tasks across a variety of marketing channels
- Creation of effective copy, content, and graphics for our website, social media, and blogs
- Analysis and application relevant data
- Contributing to the development of our marketing strategy
- Interaction with members, partners, and other stakeholders
- Working with associated brands such as our workplace savings scheme, Balance
- Improvement of current member communications
- Ideating tactics we could use to reach potential members
- Engagement with servicing members
Person Specification
- Enthusiastic, driven approach to applying marketing skills
- Solution-driven and flexible in responding to a varied workload
- Ability to work independently when suitable and focus on tasks
- Creative mindset with an eye for design
- Emotional intelligence – able to quickly adapt tone and messaging
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in abilities and an ambition to succeed
- Commitment to credit union and cooperative values
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with WordPress and Canva would be desirable
Main duties and responsibilities for all staff
