We’re proud to be a Part of the Warm Homes Loan Scheme

After the scheme was announced as one of Andy Burnham’s everyday fixes, we are excited to be one of the first ten lenders in the UK to deliver the offer to homeowners in Central and South Manchester.

The Scheme makes it cheaper to borrow for home energy upgrades like solar panels, batteries and heat pumps to get homes cosy and comfortable for the cooler months ahead. It’s great to see that these changes are becoming more accessible👏

this scheme aligns perfectly with our community-focused, co-operative purpose and allows us to play a part in making affordable finance and greener lifestyles more accessible 🤝

Our community credit union receives a grant to lower interest rates by up to 5 percentage points which means we can lend from 3.6% APR . Applicants can borrow from £1,000- £15,000 and we will agree terms to suit between 3- 9.8 years.
