Since 2000, we have been driven to provide our community with safe financial services, working hard together to grow and support local people. Recently, we celebrated a massive milestone – 5,000 members!
We invited Abraham, aka Mr 5,000, to Fog Lane for treats and photos. We wanted to learn more about him and his experience as a member. Abraham expressed how convenient our app was, he told us, “You were easy to talk to, and the joining process was easy as well”.
Abraham came to us as he needed financial support to help him complete his Master’s degree. Faced with working limitations due to his Visa and uncertain about his credit score, Abraham was not confident that he would get the loan.
Mr 5,000 felt rejuvenated and empowered when he was approved for the loan, it meant he could keep going and achieve his dream of completing his Master’s.
Through his experience, Abraham got to understand what we are all about, sharing with us his opinions on credit unions.
